Old Spaghetti Factory Ainsworth Dunn Warehouse Waterfront Apartment Office Space
Ainsworth Dunn Warehouse – 2815 Elliott Avenue
Developers Nitze-Stagen and Meriwether Partners purchased the Old Spaghetti Factory building and adjacent parking lot back in July 2015 for $9 million and have plans to turn the waterfront lot into a mixed-use office and residential complex.

Recently designated a historic landmark, the former Ainsworth Dunn Warehouse was built in 1902 to house a cannery operation serving Seattle’s Pier 70 and the waterfront district during the early 1900s.

Current plans are to renovate the two-story historic Ainsworth Dunn Warehouse for office use. A third-story pavilion will be added above the existing building. They also have plans to construct a more modern seven-story mixed-use residential building to the neighboring parking lot. The building will contain 62 apartments (or condos), below-grade parking for approximately 60-62 cars, and ground floor spaces used for residential amenity and commercial space.
