Gridiron Condominium homes sales are off to a strong start. 65% of the homes in Phase 1 are in contract.
The Gridiron Condo building is home to 107 contemporary condos in the historic soon-to-be fully restored early twentieth century Johnson Plumbing Building and Supply building.
