Earlier this month, more than 1,300 people toured the One88 by Bosa Sales Gallery during its opening weekend and we had the opportunity to be there as well. One88, the newest luxury condominium building in downtown Bellevue is brought to you by Bosa Development, the developer of Seattle’s Insignia Towers.
The 21-story building will feature 143 residences comprised of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 750 to 2,900 square feet. It is the first new condominium development underway in downtown Bellevue in nearly a decade.
One88 will include over 25,000 square feet of world-class amenities for you to unwind or entertain family and friends. The amenity collection includes the elegant hotel-style lobby, lounge, fitness center, yoga studio, indoor pool and spa, steam room, sauna, third floor terrace with fireplace and grilling/dining areas, children’s playroom, fifth floor terrace, and a dedicated pet area.
Resident services include 24-hour concierge, rotating lobby art installation, weekend lobby lounge coffee service, package and grocery acceptance and storage, fitness center towel service, wifi throughout amenity areas, private building access, bicycle storage and tune-up station, secured underground parking, electric car charging station and ground floor retail.
A couple things to know:
- One88 has now started the pre-sale process for their “loyalists.” For those who have purchased with Bosa or for agents who have sold homes at Insignia, you have the ability to sign up for the Private Sale for the priority selection.
- Private Sale appointments will commence starting mid-February in which unit selection will be finalized.
- Homes start at the low $800,000s
- 5% is due at the time a reservation has been confirmed and another 5% due on August 31st 2018.
