Puget Sound Market Activity Summary March 2017
If you’re in the market for a new home and started the process of house hunting you may have noticed a new housing trend. Inventory is low, thus driving bidding wars in the Puget Sound region. The Puget Sound region- King, Snohomish, Kitsap, and Pierce. This has been the case so far in 2017. The Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) reported a rise in new listings during March, this is up more than 50% from February. NWMLS members added 7,524 new listings last month, but they also reported an even greater number of pending sales (7,592), leaving available inventory near historic lows.
