In the latest edition of Seattle Insider: One on One with UrbanAsh, Ashley sits down with Steepologie co-founders, Andrea and Joe Raetzer, to discuss why they started Steepologie, what it offers, and the value of their location as a neighborhood tea shop.
After launching their website in late 2016, Andrea and Joe opened their first retail shop in early 2017. With a number of new developments in the area and its close proximity to Pike Place Market and Westlake Center, they found a gem in Seattle’s Securities Building on the edge of Belltown.
Located on the corner of 4th and Stewart, Steepologie offers 300+ loose leaf tea and herbal blends from around the world, all of them ready to be steeped hot off the floor. Since it is a little more difficult to chill anything off the floor they have a chilled on tap blend of the day. Their signature flowering teas are available chilled as well.
