The Shilla Tiny Denny Triangle lot has been sold! Residential highrise tower in the works!

The tiny triangle shaped lot on which Shilla, a long-standing Korean Japanese Restaurant, in the Denny Triangle neighborhood has sold to North America Seattle Development LLC, associated with Xunkun Luo, the Bellevue-based CEO of Wuhan Boshengshiji Real Estate Development Co. The 9,878 sqft lot was originally listed earlier this year at $11 million but closed at $8.34 million.

Shilla Inc purchased the lot back in 1988 for $480,000.

Current zoning would allow for a high-rise tower up to 400 feet. On the Caron Architecture website, the “Shilla Tower” Feasibility Study proposes 326 units, 175 parking spaces, and 5,000 sqft commercial space.

A great location! Within a block radius you have Amazon, Whole Foods, Live2200 Condominiums, Enzo Condos, Insignia Towers, and the historic Denny Park.
