The Emerald recently released new renderings and a price guidance as it opened its sales gallery. The 40-story, 265-unit condominium high rise is currently under construction at the southwest corner of 2nd Avenue and Stewart Street at the cusp of the West Edge and Belltown neighborhoods.
The tower’s residential levels are broken into three collections: City, Panoramic, and Penthouse.
The City Collection spans floors 4 through 16, offering “styled and smart homes” with open floor plans. Among the views in this range are cityscapes, Pike Place Market, and the Seattle Waterfront. The City Collection floor plans include:

- 1 Bedroom | 579-791 square feet | starting at $675,000
- Urban 2 Bedroom | 983-1083 square feet | starting at $749,000
The Panoramic Collection occupies the middle of the tower from floor 17 through 33. The views range from the surrounding cityscape, to Puget Sound, and the island and mountain ranges. The Panoramic Collection floor plans include:

- 1 Bedroom + Den | 771-948 square feet | starting at $1,029,000

The Penthouse Collection includes two-bedroom (1139-1601 square feet) and three-bedroom (1455-1770 square feet) floor plans, offering sweeping views of the city, mountains and Sound. Pricing is available upon request.

Among The Emerald’s amenities are a full-floor rooftop amenity space with both an indoor and outdoor lounge; outdoor firepits with al fresco dining and grills; resident media room with catering kitchen; a fitness center with an open-air terrace; Latch keyless entry system; and an outdoor pet run and spa.
The high rise will also feature Envoy on-demand luxury electric vehicle carshare in addition to below grade parking for 64 vehicles (including electric vehicle charging stations). The Emerald is targeted for completion the summer of 2020.
