RRIO – Rental Registration & Inspection Ordinance (Seattle)

As of 12/31/16, the city of Seattle completed the phasing of zip codes for the RRIO program so ALL owners of rental property within the city of Seattle MUST register their property. Failure to do so may lead to a formal violation notice, penalty fees, and legal action. If you have questions about this, we are happy to help.
